亞洲媒體（AMEDIA，0159，創業板貿服組）建議私下配售10%股權，預計籌獲760萬令吉資金，其中大部份用於數碼地面電視廣播（DTTB）基建開銷，雖然私下配售導致每股盈利被稀釋，惟一旦DTTB逐漸推出市場，成長動力將進一步走強，因此上調2012和2013財政年財測6%和3%。

将平安度过水灾袭击
明年壬辰龙年（2012年），地震与水灾将会频繁而来；不过，马来西亚仍是上天独俱厚泽的风水宝地，虽会遭受水灾的袭击，但也会平安的度过，人们无需过于担心和悲观，而未来的10年，大马的房地产业发展是兴旺的；另一方面，大马的朝、野政治版图移块虽有波折，国阵仍会继续执政，只是相对的议席可能会减少。
新加坡正道集团的风水名师陈军荣大师接受《光华日报》记者的采访时强调，“马来西亚的地理山势形同一尾鲤鱼吐珠，新山是鱼口，吉隆坡是鱼的心脏，而槟城则是鱼阴的位置，就风水而言，槟城的地理位置最好，明年应是槟城腾飞的时刻；其次为吉隆坡和新山。”
2012是U字形水龙年
陈军荣大师为预测明年全年的命运走势，特地亲手画了一幅”水龙“画，只见大浪滔天的水凭空里涛涛而来，像一座山般气势磅礴，大浪掀起了一道U形的回旋波浪，向左劈空而去，乍看之下，龙头隐然若现，大海湛蓝的颜色和海浪的翻滚就形成了今年的整个运势。“今年这条‘水龙’是一鼓作气般从下到上，再从上到下，形成U转的气势，隐含的寓意就是股市有两个最好时期，在年初的3、4月份有个小波涛，而在6、7月时就是全年最好的时刻，然后就一路向下。”
“今年要特别留神的是水灾和地震。最近，在东京地区有一起7级的地震，我预测今年在关东地区仍会发生激烈的地震，因为东京是处在一条地沟型的地震带，它是南北走向，这个地带地震频繁。”
由于今年五黄在东南边，在南美洲的巴西、智利、阿根廷和澳洲可能会有地震的发生。“2012年是玛雅人预测的世界末日，他们如此预言，相信这和地震的发生有一些关联。”他说。
此外，他说，在东南亚的泰国、马来西亚和印尼仍会受到水灾的影响，“这一年还会是个水灾年”。因此，他促请人们多注意防范。
预测马英九胜选总统 欧巴马受挑战
在政治方面，本月14日台湾总统大选，陈军荣大师于本月3日预测代表蓝营的国民党总统候选人马英九会脱颖而出当选台湾总统。“做总统也要有总统像，马英九没问题啦！”至于美国的欧巴马则会面对难题和挑战，美国的经济暂时可以过关。“不过，美国的总统可能会变天！”
马来西亚方面，陈军荣大师仍旧看好国阵会拿下江山，最好的大选月份应该落在阳历的3到4月间，“因为4月到5月是所谓的太岁月，若在此时大选，则会对国阵不利！”
询及大马的经济走势时，陈军荣信心满满的表示，马来西亚应是投资者的首要选择，因为大马的房地产价格和新加坡及其他地区的价格相比，大马相对的低廉，如果大马政府能在政策上加以放宽，前景是无可限量的。
“尤其是在槟城，若以槟城为中心点，槟城的腹地可以北到缅甸、泰国、越南；西到印度和斯里兰卡，成为一个聚散中心”。
“马来西亚政府扩大和中国的云南直下到吉隆坡铁路建设，而新加坡方面则会在双方土地交换和在新山建设地下铁，都是很好的发展趋势。首相纳吉的政治转型计划如获得成功，大马未来的10年应呈一个良好的吉兆。”
“华人在龙年应放下成见，互相合作，在新加坡工作的大马人约有100万，在本地赚了钱回流到马来西亚，再投资于房地产，因此，未来房地产的发展在马来西亚应是一枝独秀。”
龙狗虎兔生肖2012年最差
陈军荣大师在谈到生肖的运程时说，龙、狗、虎、兔在今年的运势最差，最好是猪，其次蛇、牛、鼠、鸡，而其他的生肖则平平。
生肖属龙、狗要拜太岁，属兔和老虎的人则需注意身体的健康；属老虎、兔和龙的今年在感情上会出现波折；生肖属鸡的今年桃花运特强，会有贵人相助、生子和升职等吉兆，属牛者，婚姻感情有波折，不过财运很好。
陈军荣大师说，今年东南方犯五黄，千万不要在此地装修动土。
由于壬辰年大利东西，不利南北，所以有意要接财神的读者，可以在大年三十的晚上11时40分向南方195度的方向静默祷告，向此方向祈求你的心愿，既简单又符合现代人的节奏，而且人人可做。
至于接贵人，则需在阳历2月4日晚上9时到11时向西南方向做简单的静默祷告即可。他笑笑说，“其实，接贵人比接财神重要！”
他说，“要在今年生龙子的读者，必须在立春日，也就是2月4日下午6时23分后出世的孩子才是生肖属龙。”
风水世家秘笈《水龙葬经》不外传
陈军荣大师出生于新加坡，现年57岁，他在30岁时继承父辈衣钵，于1984年正式创立正道地理研究中心。
他说，这部《水龙葬经》是他的父亲流传下来的，是陈氏的传家秘笈。陈军荣大师在2008年在法国和瑞士勘察风水时，从那里的山水中了解了秘笈之中所说的“世人只知山中水，不知水中还有山”的意涵，对于海葬别有一番心得。“海葬的费用很高，一般的海洋是不可以做海葬，它必须在有港湾的地方，而且要测定水的流向，有循环的流水及海浪不大的地方。”
他表示，他目前处理的海葬，包括他的祖父和父亲在内约有10余个，海葬地点在德光岛，距离新加坡东北的方向。
珍藏《四库全书》《永乐大典》《古今图书集成》
在正道集团的办事处，记者发现陈军荣大师的《四库全书》 珍藏在四面的墙壁上，是新加坡仅有的3套藏书。
他说，在1989年在新加坡展出的《四库全书》，一套12万新币，当时为了一口气把它买下，如今已经是我的另一个传家之宝。
目前在新加坡的 《四库全书》收藏者尚包括东亚研究所及国大，陈军荣是民间唯一的一位收藏者。
除了《四库全书》，他还珍藏《永乐大典》和《古今图书集成》，他的办公室俨然就是一个小小的图书馆。
陈大师曾推出多本畅销的风水命理著作，如《风水之热门话题》、《新加坡地形风水》及《命运之热门话题》等等。每年定期出版的书籍则有《陈军荣中英通胜日记》与《迎财神》。
2012年，他更大刀阔斧地将《迎财神》重新规划，推出了两本全新著作《生肖运程》和《风水运势》。陈大师博学多才，对文学亦深感兴趣，曾出版两部现代风水诗集《心观》与《风雅颂》，收录了历年来的精心作品，深获赞赏。
从2004年开始，陈大师就代表新加坡参加每年的国际风水大会(IFSC)。
2008年，他获国际风水总会(IFSA)颁赐“风水大师”荣衔，成为新加坡首位荣获此殊荣的风水师。
陈大师现任为国际风水总会的副主席。陈大师为社会服务不遗余力，而这让他从新加坡前总统纳丹手上接获PBM总统勋章。他丰富的学识也得到学术界的肯定，曾受邀担任中国北京大学哲学系学术顾问。他现任为新加坡作家协会名誉理事，以及世界文明推进组织的副主席。

10 Things You Need To Know Before The Opening Bell
Good morning. Here's what you need to know.
- Asian markets were mixed in overnight trading, with the Shanghai Composite down 1.39% on the back of mixed economic data. Europe is moderately lower and U.S. futures are up ahead of the market open.
- The IMF is reportedly considering boosting its lending operations by $500 billion. Earlier reports put the figure at $1 trillion, and the euro had strengthened on the news, but the market reaction has been fading since the update. The IMF is also said to be urging BRIC nations, Japan and oil-rich countries to be the top contributors.
- A bunch of data out of China this morning, foreign direct investment (FDI) fell 12.73% to $12.24 billion in December, declining for a second consecutive month. December home prices declined in 52 cities from the previous month, and China has said it will only allow banks to boost lending by 5% in the first quarter of 2012.
- The World Bank downgraded its global growth outlook, projecting that the global economy would grow 2.5% in 2012, and 3.1% in 2013. This is lower than previous estimates that the economy would grow 3.6% in 2012 and 2013.
- PPI data for December will be released at 8:30 AM ET, and industrial production data for December will be release at 9:15 AM ET. Expectations are for a 0.1% month-over-month rise in core PPI, and a 0.5% month-over-month increase in industrial production.
- There's a deluge of earnings announce 8:00 AM ET. Meanwhile, Kinder Morgan is expected to report earnings of $0.29 per share, and eBay is expected to report earnings of $0.57 per share.
- Portugal sold €2.5 billion of treasury bills this morning. Yields on its 6-month bills eased ti 4.740%, down from 5.250%, at a similar auction in November, the average yield on the 3-month bill was unchanged at 4.346%. Portugal also issued 11-month bills for the first time since April 2010 just before it sought its bailout.
- UK unemployment rate rose to 8.4% in November, reaching a 17-year high. The Office for National Statistics said there were 2.7 million people out of work in the quarter through November.
- Wikipedia and Google are protesting the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and the Protect IP Act (PIPA) today, which would allowed the U.S. Justice Department to get court orders that could force U.S. search engines from leaving out search results from sites.
- The National Association of Home Builders' housing market index for January will be released at 10 AM ET. Consensus is for the housing market index to hold steady at 21.

Russia will be holding a series
of military exercises in the North Caucasus, Armenia, Abkhazia and South Ossetia
this fall, reportedly in preparation for a possible U.S.-Israeli attack on Iran.
The exercises, called Kavkaz-2012, will be held in September and won't be
tactical/operational but strategic (i.e. won't involve large numbers of troops).
The exercises will, however, include officers from the breakaway Georgian
territories. The focus on surveillance, air defense and logistics suggests that
Russia is tailoring the exercise to prepare for a U.S.-Israel-Iran war, says
Russian newspaper Nezavisimaya Gazeta:
As suggested by the head of the Center for Military Forecasting, Colonel Anatoly Tsyganok, "Preparations for the Kavkaz-2012 exercises seems to have begun already largely due to the increasing military tensions in the Persian Gulf." "In a possible war against Iran may be drawn some former Soviet countries of South Caucasus. How, then, to ensure the viability of Russian troops stationed abroad, for example, in Armenia? Apparently, the General Staff will plan some proactive measures, including learning to organize in critical logistic supply of troops," said the expert.
Supporting this theory is the participation of a "pipeline
battalion," whose task is to deliver fuel to forces, in the exercise.
Whatever the reason for the
exercise, Georgia's Ministry of Foreign
Affairs is objecting:
Russia is deliberately building up its military forces, strengthening its military infrastructure and deploying offensive weapons in Georgia's occupied territories. In doing so, the Russian government is seeking to instigate a permanent state of tension in Georgia and in the Black Sea region as a whole.The international community should pay due attention to the fact that Russia's foreign policy has undergone no change: the Russian government continues to adopt aggressive practices, including the demonstration of military force and provocations.
Russia represents a source of destabilization and negative developments in the international arena.
Meanwhile, Azerbaijan is
ratcheting up the bellicose rhetoric (even by the high standards of the
Caucasus) against Armenia, reports Bloomberg:
Azerbaijan is buying up modern weaponry to be able to regain control of the breakaway Nagorno- Karabakh region quickly and with few losses should peace talks with neighboring Armenia fail, President Ilham Aliyev said.Would war in Iran have any effect on the Nagorno-Karabakh situation? The mind reels.
Defense spending will rise 1.8 percent this year to $3.47 billion, which Aliyev said tops Armenia’s entire state budget.
“It’s not a frozen conflict, and it’s not going to be one,” Aliyev said today in remarks broadcast on state television channel AzTV.
